Open Land Development

We can simply develop a project on open land parcel. Land should be of minimum size of 7,000 sq.ft and maximum size could be any large tract of land. Land's zone and ownership type will decide actual optimization (FSI) of the land parcel.

Redevelopment

We are passionate to develop old and dilapidated buildings. The old structure need to be demolished, tenant's shall be relocated (if applicable) and paved the way for the brand new development. We wish to transform the old structure into a most developed landmark of the town.

Built-to-Suit Project

We will customize and develop your dream project as per your requirement. You can give us your property or we will acquire the land for you. Your pre-requisites will define the planning and development of the property. It is like a King's choice.
